An English caramel vodka from the folks behind Wild Knight Vodka, made by combining barley-based vodka with handmade caramel, made at the Wild Knight Distillery.
Creamy, sweet crème brûlée - almost chocolatey at points!
My only issue is that it's TOO nice!!
Absolutely spot balance of flavour, over ice in mid-summer or neat in winter.
Just sumptuous, by far the best caremelised vodka i've ever tried. The only downside is its far too easy to drink.
Tried this over vanilla ice-cream (perhaps a little sacrilegious) but it was just perfect! Neat or over ice-cream, it has my vote.
