A cracking Cornish aperitif from the folks behind Trevethan Gin! A particularly fruity expression, this, featuring the likes of sweet orange, cherry, cranberry and goji better, alongside classic bitter notes of cinchona and cassia. Makes a marvellous alternative to a popular Italian aperitif for using in a Negroni, and will go well with sparkling wine, too.
Bright orange with hints of bitter peels, hints of raspberry and cherry give it some sweetness, lingering touches of Alpine herbs on the finish.
