
Manchester's Zymurgorium took a classic dessert and made it in to gin liqueur! Dubbed My My Apple Pie, it combines all the spices you'd find in the tasty treat along with apple (of course), all wrapped up with gin at 20% ABV. We can imagine this will be just as good drizzled over ice cream as it would be in a cocktail...
Cinnamon and nutmeg kick things off, with stewed apple and brown sugar lead into juniper and ginger.
