
Over at Zymurgorium in Manchester, the clever distilling folks have been busy recreating the flavour of a certain retro aniseed-flavoured sweetie in a gin liqueur! Among the distinctive flavour, there's a dash of blackcurrant in there too, bringing a touch of sweetness and a striking colour to the spirit.
