The Cherry Bakewell is the undisputed champion of the handheld-dessert-pie world, so it only makes sense to create a gin liqueur to taste like them. That's exactly what Manchester's The Zymurgorium have done right here. It's heavy on the Cherry Bakewell deliciousness, with just enough peppery juniper coming through to balance it all out. Serve over ice alongside a dessert and you'll have won at that meal.
Almond, fresh cherries, brown sugar, cherries again, peppercorn, more cherries, vegetal juniper-y hints followed by another whack of cherry sweetness.

Tried this mixed with a cherry blossom tonic at my local gin society, it was absolutely beautiful.
This is my favourite by far, absolutely beautiful taste. Not too strong so can be taken without a mixer but gorgeous with lemonade for a longer drink.
