Only the latest release from those clever folks at The Sweet Potato Spirit Co., who make all their base alcohol from sweet potatoes grown in North Carolina, USA! To create this lip-smacking offering, the team takes its original London Dry gin, blends it with cane sugar and then use it to macerate English lavender! Fancy that. Surely the most exciting US-English pairing since Meghan met Harry.

It's clearly all about the lavender. If it wasn't, quite frankly, we'd be disappointed. But there's still juniper spice going on, and a good swoosh of citrus, too.
