Kendal Mint Cake is delicious - we shall not hear a bad word about it. However, while it may be delicious, Kendal Mint Cake doesn't make a great garnish, meaning it's rather difficult to fit it into your drinks. Until now. Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur is a thing. A delicious thing. A delicious thing that you should use in cocktails. You know this to be true.
Refreshingly mint and sweet, with a hint of dark chocolate bitterness creeping in on the finish. So, yeah, very much like a Kendal Mint Cake!
Took a punt on this after seeing it on TV. It could have gone horribly wrong and tasted like mouthwash. Fortunately they got this spot on. Just like a beautiful liquid Kendal Mint Cake. I'll be buying it again.
A refreshing change! Great after dinner.
