The Dundee Gin Co. has taken some inspiration from its home city and crafted Dundee Cake Gin Liqueur! A Dundee cake is a traditional Scottish fruit cake, and the liqueur was made in collaboration with local bakers Goodfellow & Steven and Clark’s. Flavours of vanilla, caramel and cake-y citrus are all bottled up, working as well over desserts as it does in cocktails!
