I find it like a carnival - I taste the honey but also cotton candy and toasted marshmallows. It's half way between a whiskey (80 proof) and a normal liqueur (20 proof) so it's an easy sipping drink without being too strong.
The best liqueur I've ever tasted. Drink neat or put over icecream or just ice. Amazing.
Sampled this today and bought a bottle because it tasted so good. I will be drinking it straight on ice but will also add in coffee. It could be incorporated into a toffee/caramel (ish) sauce or mixed into whipped cream with orange zest and served with mince pies. A lovely, warm after dinner liqueur, with dessert drink, night cap or party drink. To suit the mood. Enjoy. Or, great as a Whiskey lover's present.
One of the Whiskey Liqueurs around. Highly recommend it! Smooth with a kick. Good with ginger ale or just on the rocks.
