A proudly unconventional aperitif from the folks at Stork Club in Germany! They had the wild idea of combining fruity Pinot Noir rosé from Baden with rye whiskey produced just south of Berlin, using rye grown in Brandenburg. The result is a gloriously fruity tipple with a gentle touch of oak and rye spice, ideal mixed with soda or tonic, and served with plenty of ice.
Freshly picked berries and lemon zest, jammy sherry with underlying notes of bitter oak and peppery rye.
