This batch of Stirling's Red Cap Raspberry Gin Liqueur was bottled up at 24% ABV. Built upon a base of Stirling Gin, it's then treated to a 10-day maceration with locally sourced raspberries. The name comes from the mythological Red Cap goblin, an evil little fella who is said to live in ruined castles, and soaks his cap in the blood of his victims. Charming!
