Stirling Green Lady Bramble & Mint Gin Liqueur (25%)
Green Lady is a fruity, herbal gin liqueur from Stirling, named after one of Mary Queen of Scots' ladies in waiting who is said to haunt Stirling Castle. A base of Stirling Gin is macerated with locally-sourced brambles and mint for 10 days. A dash of sugar is added before it's bottled up at 25% ABV – just the thing you'll want pair with a splash of tonic.
