This lovely little liqueur comes from Spirit of Ilmington in the Cotswolds. A base of Spirit of Ilmington Dry Gin is combined with a damson gin liqueur, then infused with natural almond flavour and sweet ripe cherries from the nearby Vale of Evesham. This abundance of fruity influence creates a gloriously juicy tipple, warming and sweet – it's a delight to sip neat and should taste great mixed with lemonade too!
Reminiscent of sweet and jammy cherry Bakewell filling, wafts of nutty marzipan, and baked apple with a comforting warmth on the finish.
