Tarquin's Cornish Pastis (35cl)
The Southwestern Distillery are the proud producers of the UK's first Pastis, crafted using a combination of aniseed, fennel, star anise, orange lemon, grapefruit, angelica, orris root, cardamom, juniper, cinnamon and gorse flowers foraged from Cornish cliff tops. For a classic serve to enjoy on a hot afternoon, pour 1 part Pastis with 2 parts cold water (and ice if it's particularly sweltering that day).
