Description

This summer serve from Reverand Hubert combines a base of local gin with a fruity combo of sweet Cotswold plums alongside tart, tangy pomegranate, rhubarb, and cranberry. Mix with Prosecco, soda, and ice for an ideal sunny afternoon Spritz, or simply top with your favourite tonic or soda water.

Overall

Tangy cranberry and rhubarb up front, with a solid core of earthy juniper keeping it grounded. Waves of sweet plum develop, followed by a zesty hint of pomegranate on the finish.
