Made in the team’s 500-litre hybrid still affectionately named Gracie, St. Clements offers a wash of fragrant aromatic freshness that’s delicious in an array of cocktails, and when sipped alone.
A whole basket of fresh oranges, complemented by a kick of pepper and balanced with earthy juniper and green spices.
Lemon tart, grapefruit peels and satsuma peels, along with cardamom, coriander and angelica from the base gin (Poetic License's award-winning Northern Dry Gin!).
