Description
A delectable gin liqueur from the Sunderland-based spirits producer, Poetic License. St. Clements is a celebration of all things citrus! Made in the team’s 500-litre hybrid still affectionately named Gracie, St. Clements offers a wash of fragrant aromatic freshness that’s delicious in an array of cocktails, and when sipped alone.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
A whole basket of fresh oranges, complemented by a kick of pepper and balanced with earthy juniper and green spices.
Palate
Lemon tart, grapefruit peels and satsuma peels, along with cardamom, coriander and angelica from the base gin (Poetic License's award-winning Northern Dry Gin!).
Finish
A lingering balance of juniper and all that citrus.
