Nunquam has crafted this herbaceous amaro, using a recipe inspired by medieval alchemy. Nine different herbs and spices are infused including wormwood, juniper and cinnamon, making for a brilliant digestif. You can also spot all of the botanicals on the label, complete with their official Latin names and all.
Earthy bitterness straight off, leading into warmer, aromatic spice, piney juniper and delicate floral notes.
