An ace creation from Nardini in Italy, based upon the fragrant flavours of Chinese rhubarb. Layers of herbal, botanical character bring plenty of depth, making this work wonderfully simply topped up with ice, soda, and lemon peel to garnish.

Overall

Sweet maple and herbal menthol tangle with smoky, drying oak and candied fruit. Bold and earthy with almost meaty depth and fragrant spice.
