Muyu liqueurs are made using natural ingredients inspired by the Amazon, with a very low proportion of sugar. Jasmine Verte combines jasmine with fragrant neroli, yuzu, patchouli, nettle leaf and iris. The jasmine is extracted through enfleurage, where it is steeped in fat, the flowers are removed and the fat is then mixed with alcohol and distilled again, capturing the most delicate notes of the flower. Try a splash of this one in a glass of Champagne.
