Mother’s Ruin Damson Gin Liqueur
This Damson Gin Liqueur from Mother's Ruin uses the once popular, but now ever rarer damson plum, picked in orchards in the Lyth Valley and steeped in a base of its quality gin. The result is a sweet, jammy, juicy affair, with fragrant plum and a touch of marzipan in the background. Wonderful as an alternative to sloe gin, mulled or sipped neat.
