For this flavoursome liqueur, Manchester Drinks Co. has taken an already spiced Caribbean rum, and chucked in more spices! Pear and ginger have been infused, adding a fruity lightness and warming dimension to the tipple, all bottled up at 20% ABV. A rather autumnal flavour profile that's sure to warm your cockles.
A big hit of fiery ginger first off, leading into notes of treacle, clove, cinnamon and delicate, juicy pear.
A surprisngly tasty mix all on its own although it mixes well either with more rum to sharpen it or a drop of non-alcoholic ginger beer. Would be good in punch too.
I'm not a rum lover but received this as a Christmas gift - I love it! The taste of ginger and pears really comes through. Perfect neat over ice.

Can really smell and taste the Ginger and Pear which is fab. Sweet as it's a liqure but delicious.
