Maidstone Distillery took inspiration from the world-famous toffee empire, Sharp’s of Maidstone, when creating this moreish liqueur. The bottling, which can be enjoyed as a digestif, neat over ice, or as an indulgent treat in cocktails and even cooking, was made by distilling a base spirit in a copper pot still with select botanicals which was then blended with a top-secret toffee recipe.
A big, decadent slab of chewy toffee is joined by molasses, creamy vanilla ice cream, a little condensed milk and Cadbury Eclairs.
I'll be buying more. It's great.
Really love this toffee liqueur, me and some of our friends enjoy having it at the end of an evening, sadly the bottle doesn't last long for that reason!
This IS liquid toffee with subtle spice and vanilla, creamy too, so good you will want more. Some great cocktail ideas including ginger ale.
Tried this at an event in London. Totally blown away by the mouthfeel and flavour. It is liquid toffee!
