Lord & Lady Muck have combined a London dry gin (featuring botanicals along the lines of juniper, bay leaf, citrus, coriander and macadamia nuts) with English raspberries to create their Raspberry Gin Liqueur. They recommend trying it splashed in a glass of Prosecco, which does sound rather refreshing indeed.
Soft vanilla influence, with juicy strawberry and blackcurrant notes at the fore.
