Calamondin fruit grown on the estate is macerated in pure cane juice rum, imparting plenty of the tart, citrussy notes you might expect from the fruit's more well-known relatives, mandarin and kumquat. An intriguing sipper, and splendid for adding some tropical tang to classic rum serves.
