Belle de Brillet is a lip-smacking liqueur which combines Cognac and pear in a harmonious blend of sweetness and crisp fruit notes. We can see this making a great aperitif, and also being rather useful in cocktails too...

This was an unexpected delight. Brilliant at the end of a meal when drinking through a cheese or fruit course... or trying to sober up with coffee. Full of flavour, gentle on the palate, very fine rounded indeed. A glass at the end of the day has helped regain balance and retain fortitude. A glass drunk at a garden lunch time to open the appetite [like a sherry, or Byrrh] is also delightful.
