Reviews for Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey

Sort by

A one of a kind whiskey with a terrible taste.

My dear friends and fellow spirit drinkers, let me indulge you all. I love sweet tastes, love it...but this, this is as if some one kidnapped the honey bee species, gathered every drop of the sweetest honey ever produced and dumped it into some JD. A truly unique and awful taste. You must have a truly brilliant palate to be able to stomach this liquor.

Nice difference to malt Scots whiskies

Smooth on the rocks; nice drink without any additions; nice twist with coke and ice

Perfect sipping drink

I really liked it. Needs to be ice cold on rocks. Dedinitely my flask drink for summer hikes!

Love JD, but not this. Try mixing it 50/50 with vodka though!

Love JD, but not this. OK it's a liqueur, not a bourbon, but it's far too sweet. And gives me stomach ache, -not sure why. Not wanting to throw it away, I tried mixing it 50/50 with a decent vodka: Wow, not bad at all! Diluted the sweetness but remained utterly smooth, with no aftertaste.
