An amaro here from Hoxton, which uses its gin as a base for its London Spritz, which combines flavours of orange, blackberry, morello cherry, fennel, and more, for a taste of the Italian Riviera with a touch of British countryside. Delicious splashed into some prosecco, soda, or tonic, or use as a base for cocktails.
