Freixenet Solare 70cl

This Mediterranean aperitivo from Freixenet is designed for Spritzes. It's made with Spanish lemon, clementine, and rosemary, plus an array of herbs and spices for a combo of vibrant citrus brightness and botanical depth.

For the perfect serve, fill a big glass with ice, then mix three parts Italian sparkling wine (how about Freixenet Prosecco?) with two parts Solare, and one part sparkling water, garnished with a lemon wheel.
