Superb Strawberry Liqueur from Scotland's Gin Bothy, made with locally sourced strawberries and infused in their very own Original gin! While it may taste like it'd go brilliant on toast (likely stemming from Gin Bothy's history with jam-making), we reckon this will go even better with sparkling wine...
Juicy summer berries, lemon peel and a hint of earthy heather.
Given to me as a gift. Expected it to be too sweet for my liking but not at all. It is delicious either on its own as a liqueur or added to Prosecco.
Beautiful smooth liqueur ideal for sipping slowly in front of a log fire.....magic!!
