Figaro
It's the inaugural release from Distillerie Aragonesi, and the folks over at the distillery in Portugal saw their chance and took it. Behold Figaro, a fig liqueur! It's made entirely by macerating while figs in fig brandy, so it tastes like... Well, you'll fig-ure it out!
Well, there's certainly a whole boatload of fig, with honeyed, syrupy sweetness, and a hint of vanilla.
