Esprit de Figues
The origins of Esprit de Figues brings a vision inspired by creator Patrick Borg's Mediterranean family’s heritage to a 150-year-old distillery located in Burgundy, France for an utterly unique tipple made with fresh Violette de Bordeaux Figs.
Sweet, without being syrupy or sickly, the earthy figs are very flavoursome and paired well with notes of raspberry jam, vanilla and honey. Beautifully composed, it tastes as good as it looks.
Great product, can really taste the figs! Recommend in sparkling wine, tastes lovely.
Blargh. Pretty unpalatable.
Very dissatisfied with this product. It doesn’t taste like fig & it’s not a liquor. I’ve tasted Croatian fig liquor & it’s superb. So much for the French expertise of distilling
