Elderflower and elderberry – it maybe shouldn't come as a surprise, but these two flavours go together pretty well. The Ellers Farm Distillery in North Yorkshire is clearly aware of this, and it has gone and made a liqueur showcasing the combo. Fresh and floral, it's great for summery beverages.
