Edinburgh Gin Strawberry & Pink Pepper Liqueur 50cl

Strawberry and pepper is a well-established delicious combination, and Edinburgh Gin has crafted Strawberry & Pink Pepper Liqueur to show it off! Pink peppercorns are more alike to the heat from a chilli rather than actually pepperiness, which makes sense because they're actually a berry and not a true peppercorn at all. Nonetheless, it works exceptionally well in this sweet and spicy liqueur, which should do well alongside some soda and a herbaceous garnish.
