Original Willisauer Kirsch Reviews

Swiss Kirsch - never stay at or leave home without it!

This is the typical Swiss Kirsch, not to be confused with the usually sweet Dutch, French or German namesakes.
Although listed as a Liqueur, it is actually a distilled product made from cherries and is anything but sweet. Swiss Kirsch is excellent after any meal as a digestif. Swiss Kirsch is also a required ingredient for cheese fondues - add a small glass of Kirsch (mixed with cornflour if the fondue needs to be thickened) once the cheese has melted to provide a richer taste 0r/and additionally dip the bread piece in Kirsch before dipping the bread in the fondue.
Swiss Kirsch is very difficult to buy in the UK, so Master of Malt are to be applauded for including this Swiss product in their range, however I note that it is already out of stock. Shock horror! Please, Master of Malt, promise to restock this product as soon as possible.
