A cream liqueur made with fresh cream and Costwolds distillery's new make single malt spirit (the same spirit they're maturing to produce their English whisky), which is made with locally-grown Cotswolds barley. Like all good cream liqueurs, this is excellent over ice or in a coffee. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within six months.

Very very sweet! Taste like maple syrup and cream with awesome malt spirit notes. This is by far the best high quality cream liqueur I have ever tasted. It is more cream-and-sugar than alcohol. Just the way I like it. I wish they had this in the USA.
Really delicious caramel and butterscotch flavours and wonderful malt spirit notes. I asked the distillery about the comment below. It does indeed use the malt spirit distilled in the Cotswolds, and then the blending with the cream is done in Ireland as that is a very specialised operation, requiring dairy product handling know how.
Better then any other cream liqueur!!!
The label on the front of the bottle claims "our own Cotswolds Single Malt Spirit" but the label on the back of the bottle says "Product of Ireland". Phfft !
