Cotswolds Cream Liqueur Bottling Note

A cream liqueur made with fresh cream and Costwolds distillery's new make single malt spirit (the same spirit they're maturing to produce their English whisky), which is made with locally-grown Cotswolds barley. Like all good cream liqueurs, this is excellent over ice or in a coffee. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within six months.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Creamy, slightly floral and luxurious.

An amazing drink, first tried it years ago at Bristol airport! Would recommend, much better than Baileys. and any other cream liqueur

ABSOLUTELY delicious, 70cl is not a big enough bottle!
Ignore the first comment, clearly they don't understand. the liqueur is made using cotswolds malt sprit and then sent to a dairy farm in Ireland due to specific dairy licence laws.

Don't mind the 'false claim' write up listed in these comments. It is made using their own malt spirit, but manufactured in Ireland using Irish dairy cream in an Irish production facility. Therefore there are no false claims.

Regarding the product, it is delicious and one of the nicest cream liqueurs I've ever tasted.

Highest quality cream liqueur!
Very very sweet! Taste like maple syrup and cream with awesome malt spirit notes. This is by far the best high quality cream liqueur I have ever tasted. It is more cream-and-sugar than alcohol. Just the way I like it. I wish they had this in the USA.

The best of all cream liqueurs!
Really delicious caramel and butterscotch flavours and wonderful malt spirit notes. I asked the distillery about the comment below. It does indeed use the malt spirit distilled in the Cotswolds, and then the blending with the cream is done in Ireland as that is a very specialised operation, requiring dairy product handling know how.

False claim.
The label on the front of the bottle claims "our own Cotswolds Single Malt Spirit" but the label on the back of the bottle says "Product of Ireland". Phfft !
