Every batch of Copper in the Clouds Lychee Gin Liqueur starts exactly where it should: with fresh lychees! These which are peeled, stoned and processed in house (on average 11 whole lychees make their way into each bottle) before they are added to a gin recipe that includes Italian juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root and lemon peel. The fruit and gin are blended with a small amount of British beet sugar before it is lightly filtered to remove any fruit solids before bottling.
