Midnight Oil Coffee Liqueur by Climpson and Sons
Climpson & Sons has gone and made its very own coffee liqueur – which makes sense, considering the team is well-accustomed to creating all things coffee from its home in Hackney. Midnight Oil is made with Brazilian coffee, which is flash brewed (meaning the coffee in brewed with hot water, and then quickly chilled to preserve the flavour). It's combined with Madagascan vanilla and Costa Rican cacao, and combined with a blend of rums. Exceptional in an Espresso Martini!
