Carthy & Black gin liqueurs are made using Slingsby Gin as a base, as well as fresh cream from Paynes Dairies’ in Boroughbridge, Yorkshire, and flavoured with refreshing lemon notes. This stuff really shines when it's splashed over ice.

Fresh, tart and wonderfully thick and creamy. The lemon is prominent and very reminiscent of Lemon drizzle cake.
