Buton
This bright liqueur is Coca Buton, a distinctive herbal spirit made with lemon balm, nettle, mugwort, absinthe, and, notably, Bolivian coca leaves (imported and processed under the control of the authorities, no less!). Fear not, distillation removes the cocaine molecule, so all that's left is the herbal flavour. A wonderful digestif.
