Burnt Faith Triple Sec 70cl

London brandy house Burnt Faith has been working on a series of small batch fruit-focused liqueurs in its lab, and in this instance, the fruit in question is orange! This Triple Sec liqueur is made with oranges sourced from across the world, including sun-dried bitter orange peels, blood orange essence from Paraguay, and locally sourced sweet orange waste zest. It's made with a base of neutral grape spirit, joined by a helping of Burnt Faith's brandy, which is matured in a combo of Spanish oak and bourbon casks, resulting in a richly fruity, bitter, zesty liqueur, with delicate layers of creamy vanilla and stone fruits.
