With a recipe that was 20 years in the making, Bouvery CV is made from four times distilled corn vodka, along with a blend of organic, Fair Trade Peruvian, Dominican Republic and Ecuadorian cocoa. Cocktails and desserts are already calling out for a splash of this. Oh, and if you hadn't guessed, CV stands for Chocolate Vodka.

Overall

Viscous and mouthcoating, with rich, melted dark chocolate enveloping the palate along with a hint of cinnamon and a vodka kick.
