This is an Elderflower Liqueur from Dutch liqueur masters, Bols. No longer shall you need to go out and forage in the wild for elderflower to include its sweet, fragrant, elegant flavours in your cocktails. Throw away those gardening glove, you'll have no use for them now. Unless you do other things in the outside world. If so, maybe keep them?
Light, sweet and floral. Hints of honeysuckle and rosehip underneath bright elderflower wafts.
I have tried this Bols Liqueur in a Hugo Spritz, the light, floral, delicate and a little citrusy of the liqueurs pairs perfectly with prosecco and soda, and it is extremely easy to make and very refreshing!
