A British Pastis inspired by the tipples traditionally found in France, produced by the London-based Bloomsbury distillery. They use a combination of star anise, cucumber peel and Sussex hops, among other ingredients, to create their own Pastis.
Sweet and light, with an elegant tickle of citrus bitterness hiding amongst the classically anise-forward flavour profile.
