A pear liqueur, produced by Berentzen in Germany. Serve it over ice, in a cocktail, or perhaps splashed in champagne for a summer party treat.
Berentzen pear was not as good as their apple or plum. Maybe its just the method to capture the pear flavour, its lacks that fruity freshness. But if you really adore pear have a go.
