Heaps better than Bayleys cream.......
we have been drinking the standard offerings that taste much the same for years. Sticky,sickly sweet concoctions of the same creamy drink with whisky added. Arran Gold is nothing like Baileys. Arran Gold exudes quality at the first swallow. It is smooth,mixes well with ice and the natural single malt is hevenly on your pallet. My only advice is dont buy one bottle it is sure not going to be enough! Fabulous stuff that makes you lick your glass in anticipation of a top up.
I bought some whilst visiting Scotland and loved it so much I got my local wine merchant to source it for me! So much better than baileys
We toured Scotland and had the great fortune to visit the distillery. The rest of the trip included a quest to find another bottle. The first had made the best dessert, even for our friend who wasn't one to drink. Baileys doesn't even come close!
Very similar to Baileys but smoother and higher quality. Very nice. If you like your cream Liqueurs this is well worth a try.
