Made with Canoneta oranges from Mallorca's Sóller Valley, Canonita is a vibrant aperitivo, ideal for sipping neat over ice, topped with tonic, or served in a refreshing Spritz. The oranges are peeled and macerated in agricultural alcohol to extract their essential oils, and a secret selection of Mallorcan herbs, including organic artemisia, undergoes the same process. The essences are then combined with local white wine that has been clarified and filtered, for a balanced, vibrant profile, layered with zesty sweetness and herbaceous spice.
