This Salted Toffee Liqueur was made by Aber Falls in Abergwyngregyn, Wales. Sweetness is the name of the game here, but it's well balanced by savoury notes coming from the Anglesey sea salt used in production.
I'm in seventh heaven with this liqueur. My favourite by far. A sweet gin liqueur with a slight salty balance. Absolutely yum!
