Smoke House from Real Kombucha, brewed from a smoky black tea from the Yunnan district in the high mountains of southern China. Lightly sparkling, it's ideal for some rather interesting serves, or can also be used as a mixer with dark spirits, rum in particular.
Toffee apple notes underpinned by a gentle smokiness, while the tea brings a certain drying quality.
